For Sellers

Selling a home is a big decision and it takes a knowledgeable, skilled, and ethical agent to help you maximize your profit and ensure an efficient, hassle-free transaction process.

I have helped many sellers, from developers and investors to long-time residents who have lived in the same home for 30+ years. Each situation is unique but in every instance sellers wants to get the highest possible price, in the shortest amount of time, with the least hassle.

As a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge — the #1 Coldwell Banker Office in New England in 2009 — I have the resources, know-how and skills to competitively price and dynamically market your home. My hard work will result in a higher selling price for you and a pleasant selling experience.
